Terms of Service

① "Operator"refers to a person selected by the "Company" for overall management and smooth operation of the "Service".

② "User"refers to corporate members, individual members, and non-members who access "Gangnam Double U Dental" and receive services provided by "Gangnam Double U Dental" according to these terms.

③ "Member"refers to customers who access the site provided by the "Company", agree to the website terms of use and privacy policy, and receive ID and password. The qualifications and permissions of "Members" are managed by member type.

④ "ID"refers to a combination of English letters and numbers selected by the "Member" and approved by the "Company" for "Member" identification and service use. Only one ID can be issued and used per resident registration number.

⑤ "Password"refers to a combination of letters and numbers set by the "Member" to protect the "Member's" privacy.

⑥ "Illegal Spam"refers to commercial advertising information transmitted or posted unilaterally for profit purposes despite the recipient not wanting it using the service

⑦ "Posts"refers to the collective term for information such as videos, text, photos, pictures, various files and links, various replies, etc. posted by members.

① The Company posts the contents of these terms and the Company's trade name, business location, representative's name, business registration number, contact information (phone, fax, etc.) on the initial screen of the service so that members can know.

② The Company may amend these terms within the scope that does not violate related laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, Electronic Transaction Basic Act, Electronic Signature Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Door-to-Door Sales Act, Consumer Protection Act, etc.

③ When amending these terms, the application date and reasons for amendment shall be specified and posted on the initial screen of the shopping mall together with the current terms from 7 days before the application date until the day before the application date.

④ When amending these terms, the amended terms apply only to contracts concluded after the application date, and the terms before amendment continue to apply to contracts already concluded before that.

⑤ Members have the right not to agree to the amended terms, and if they do not agree to the amended terms, they may terminate the use contract.

① Gangnam Double U Dental performs the following tasks:

• Provision of information and consultation services for dental treatment and other services
• Online reservation and consultation services
• Other tasks determined by "Gangnam Double U Dental"

② Gangnam Double U Dental may change the content of services to be provided by future contracts in case of service shortage or technical specification changes.

③ When Gangnam Double U Dental changes the content of services contracted with users due to technical specification changes, "Gangnam Double U Dental" shall compensate for damages incurred by users.

① Gangnam Double U Dental may temporarily suspend service provision when reasons such as maintenance, replacement, and failure of information and communication equipment such as computers, or communication interruption occur.

② In case of service interruption under Paragraph 1, "Gangnam Double U Dental" shall notify users by the method specified in Article 8.

③ Gangnam Double U Dental shall compensate for damages incurred by users or third parties due to temporary service interruption for reasons under Paragraph 1. However, this does not apply when "Gangnam Double U Dental" has no intent or negligence.

① Members shall not engage in the following acts when using services:

• Entering false information when applying for use or making changes, or stealing and illegally using other members' IDs and passwords
• Reproducing or distributing information obtained using the Company's service information without the Company's prior consent or using it commercially
• Acts that damage others' reputation or cause disadvantage
• Posting obscene materials on bulletin boards or linking to obscene sites
• Distributing information, text, figures, voices, etc. that violate public order and good morals to others
• Other illegal or improper acts

② Members must comply with related laws, provisions of these terms, usage guides and precautions posted on services, matters notified by the Company, etc., and shall not engage in other acts that interfere with the Company's business.

① The Company strives to protect members' personal information including member registration information as prescribed by related laws.

② The Company does not provide members' personal information to third parties without the member's consent except as prescribed by these terms or related laws.

③ When the Company collects personal information that can identify users personally, it must obtain consent from the relevant user.

① When disputes arise between the Company and members regarding service use, the Company and members shall consult in good faith to resolve the dispute.

② If disputes are not resolved through consultation under Paragraph 1 of this Article, both parties may file a lawsuit with the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.

③ Korean law applies to lawsuits filed between the Company and users.
